When Bali comes to mind, how can you not think of white sandy beaches, poolside cocktails, and late starry nights dining under open-air terraced rooftops?
In Bali, you’ll find that there are several different destinations across the island, each offering a unique perspective of the island’s charm. You might be swayed by the cultural charm of Ubud, the white sandy beaches of Nusa Dua, or be amazed by the clifftop sunsets of Uluwatu.
For me, it’s Seminyak: chic beach-side cocktail bars, the fabulous fine-dining restaurants, and the funky little boutiques makes this little town seriously stylish.
It’s no wonder the vibrant and modern led brand W Hotel Bali is located here. Since we were in Bali for a friend’s Destination wedding, naturally, it became a vacation in between. We spent two nights here and never did we want to leave.
Here's my experience staying at the W Bali Hotel
It's all about the Vibe
Upon arrival at the W, excitement quickly took over and we couldn’t wait to explore the grounds and check in one of the super stylish rooms. I have always loved the fun, quirky atmosphere at W Hotels, but this W branch tops others by a long shot.
Everything was designed perfectly – from the reception area to the funky jams blasting through the speakers to just the right amount of young, hip hotel guests – everything about our first impression was amazing.
Spoilt for choice
With more than 200 retreats, suites, and villas, it’s recommended to book the Ocean Facing rooms, but you might hear the loud soundtracks rattling your windows in the evenings. With a great view of the ocean, you might be able to see the sunset!
Whether you choose a Retreat or Villa, you can rest assured you’re going to be spoiled with the super stylish surroundings in which to slumber at the W Hotel Bali.
Brimming with young, trendy vacationers, this place has both a party edge and fancy restaurants as well as lots of private space to chillax. And, these private pool villas are just heavenly! (You wouldn’t want to leave your villa!)
The W is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion in Bali. Even if Bali’s Mount Agung is on the brink of eruption, don’t let that keep you away from the beautiful island of Bali.
