About the Navy

I’ve had a love affair with Navy Blue since forever.

It exudes quiet elegance and serenity with a bit of mystery just like midnight blue. It’s the darkest shade of blue and is quite close to black. When I feel I’m over wearing black, Navy is unfailingly a chic alternative.

Seriously good reasons to wear Navy Blue

As a lover of stripes, I have a multitude of striped pieces which makes me feel like a sailor.
Interestingly, while today we tend to associate navy blue with the chilly months of fall and winter, but navy teams up gorgeously with many pastels (such as peach, mint green, lilac, baby blue, and buttercup yellow)
I don’t give a crap what anyone says, but it goes superbly with black! So long as you don’t look like you got dressed in the dark.
It’s dark without feeling gothic, slick without being slimy,
Navy blue with gold, silver,  or grey is always radiantly beautiful – it instantly reminds me of the sky on a warm summer’s night.
I love how crisp and confident it is. You can wear it alone or with numerous other colours and it always stands tall and remains an elegant backdrop or centerpiece alike.
How do you wear navy blue?
