It’s certainly been a while since my last post or since I’ve travelled abroad. November has certainly been a busy month for me. I spend far too much time in the bustling city, but when I get the chance to flee to the countryside home, I feel really lucky. I wake up in the morning and hear nothing, but utter silence. I don’t even hear the birds. I look outside my window and all I can see is green. There’s nothing like Taiwan’s rural side. The scenery that exists outside the island’s bustling cities is so picturesque. Anywhere I go I’ll unexpectedly find a hidden gem. Even flowers bloom during this time of year. To my delight I found a farm with a field of flowers yesterday. It’s definitely fall here now and with the odd hot days once a week. It’s always great to escape the city to unwind, and then return to the city feeling super refreshed. December is just about to arrive and I am excited and ready for the festivities, anticipated travels to come and not to mention getting out my fur coat. 🙂
