Goodbye cruel, cold, dark weather. Hello Mui Ne! Happy, warmer, brighter weather!
I don’t usually mind winter as I use it as an opportunity to do some creative layering, but I was getting kind of sick of it to be honest.
Now I’m in Mui Ne Vietnam’s Beach Resort for a few days soaking in some sun.
In this post, I’d like to express how thrilled I am to collaborate with San Francisco based brand HerbertVictoria.
The emerging designer of the brand Herbert makes his mark in the fashion industry by creatively connecting culture and fashion.
At the resort, I’m wearing a colorful batik cocktail dress from his recent Land Of Smiles (L.O.C) collection.
Drawing inspiration from Thailand’s countryside and incorporating floral motif Batik into his pieces has resulted in beautiful outfits that have a slightly traditional aesthetic with a modern twist that doesn’t eliminate its origins entirely.
Elevating the dress to the glam level, I’ve paired the dress with these fuschia pink pumps.
If you’re a veteran at walking in heels like me, they’re a great height for a long night out. And a look is never complete without accessories – they’re like the garnish to the perfect cocktail, and here I’ve styled with these fun yellow tassel earrings and a turquoise statement necklace to bring out the colors in the dress!
