Why You Need to wear a Romper for Summer Travel

Happy Monday! I’m back today sharing some style travel tips and also one of my looks I wore in Sri Lanka. All I can say is how thankful I am for the invention of rompers! Rompers without a doubt make the cutest, most effortless, most comfortable Summer travel outfits.

Makes packing easier

Lightweight rompers can roll or fold easily without taking up too much space.

Pack one-piece outfits like rompers for each day for travelling which will save space in your suitcase and make outfit planning much easier! They can really take a headache out of outfit planning, too.

Do you struggle to put an outfit together? Rompers resolves that issue because your entire outfit is literally one article of clothing. Deciding the the right footwear and some fun accessories to add will come more easily.

They are flattering

The coolest thing about rompers is that there is one for everyone. If your romper needs to accommodate short legs, big bottom , small chest, or wide back, there is a romper for you.

With the right cut, they can define your waist and elongate your legs. The short navy polka dot Zara romper that I’m wearing in this outfit is insanely flattering. And no, it actually isn’t a dress. Cinched waist, cross wrap front top and ruffles coming out from sleeves and bottom hem giving it a feminine twist.

They’re comfortable

Rompers are some of the most comfortable clothing pieces. There are heaps of styles for summer, which are typically made of soft, lightweight fabrics like polyester and cotton made for the heat. Unlike sundresses dresses, rompers give an amazing range of movement, making them easy and comfy no matter what itinerary you’ve got planned.

They make riding your little-motorized scooter thing a breeze.

There are no restrictions! Want to sit, stand, lay, walk, sprint,  or ride a bike to the nearest attraction point? You can do it all. Rompers give the appearance of a cutesy mini dress without the restrictions.

Think Versatility

Think about how versatile a Romper is! Go casual and comfortable during the day for sightseeing, then add wedges or heels at night when you go out.  Plus, any of these would just as easily make great swimsuit cover up. Throughout my trip to Sri Lanka, I wore my polka dot Long sleeve romper with slip on shoes and black shades for a laid back look.

And finally..

If you don’t own a romper…you Should! They are so cute and comfy. The romper I am wearing is just as comfortable as my PJ’s. I felt really comfortable sitting down and looking at all the yummy fruit beside me. The only downside of wearing a romper is when you need to use the bathroom. It can be a bit of a struggle to reach the zipper and you literally have to take the entire thing off. I would say the pros definitely outweigh the one con.

Let me know what you think of rompers for Summer Travel.

Have a fantastic week ahead!
