Budget Halong Tours are usually Junk boats. Tours can be bought at most Travel Agents in Hanoi and Ha Long Bay. You can get a day trip for little as 15 USD.

Two days should be enough to visit all the top places. Ninh Binh is relaxed, so there is no need to rush. Enjoy your time and unwind.

You will need a motorbike or taxi to get around!
Get around by bicycle if the sights are close.
