There are two things I consider when I travel: to be comfortable and to look great (not as if I’m living out of a suitcase—even if I am). It sounds simple, but it has taken time, even years to figure out what is essential and find the right products. When travelling and even for a weekend trip sight seeing there are certain things I won’t leave behind. To avoid carrying too much, I always pack a few items of clothing and a simple black romper as my main piece. I’ve taken this little black number everywhere with me on my travels and it has never failed me once! My little black romper is one of my ultimate favourites as it’s incredibly versatile: dress it up or dress it down it’ll take you from day to night. There’s no better way to look effortlessly chic and stylish than to wear black. On travel days this is the colour I like to stick to, especially if I’m travelling long-haul and want to avoid spillages on neutral tones or crinkly clothes. During my recent short trip to Taichung, I roamed across the city comfortably wearing a neon laced top over my black romper, and paired it with comfy Flat sling-backs to keep my feet super happy. I also brought along my new lip bag to to add a bit of fun. To dress it up, I usually add vibrant embellished jewellery. Luckily it’s considerably warm in this part of Taiwan during this time of year, so I was happy to run around showing my legs.
