From London to New York, sequins have reigned on the SS18 catwalks and street style, appearing in adorning shoes, dresses, trousers, blazers, and accessories, it’s hard to miss.
I really like how sequins can elevate my casual everyday looks, making them feel a lot dressier. If you are seeking to make a statement, or you simply want to be mistaken for disco ball, just like me, then sequins are your answer. You can downplay the flashiness of sequins with sensible, neutral pairings, like a basic white tee or an oversized blazer.Made for the night, but also wearable by daytime, these shimmery striped pants can easily take me from work into the evening cocktail hours.
