Silk. It’s light, airy, breathable nature, and luxurious aesthetic makes low key dressing easy and elegant. Now I know many refrain from wearing it because fitted silk can result in an unwanted uncomfortable and unsightly sweaty situations. Just a little bit of styling and outfit planning will go a long way. Silk pieces can be dressed up or down with the ability to enhance any look.
Lately, I’ve fallen in love with these loose fit red silk pants. It’s like pajama-trousers hybrids. I love squeezing into a tight pair of jeans, but there’s nothing like the feeling of wearing slinky silk.
I’ve gone for an all red look styled with a casual strappy tank and velvet red boots. To put the look together I’m wearing a mac style coat for those cooler nights.
How to Wear silk pants
For an easy daytime look, match them with a loose fitting shirt or a structured one for more of a polished look. For a dressed up look, I would change into a pair of heels. No matter how you style them, they are a great addition to your fall layering piece.
