A well worthy stop to Chiang Mai before heading to Burma. Vibrant street markets, yummy food, massage parlors and lush temples. I spent two days here soaking up sun and exploring the city’s temples in the city center. Chiang Mai is definitely a polar opposite to Bangkok. The pace of life is refreshingly slower, giving it a sleepy ambiance that adds to its charm.
