It feels good to be back in Taiwan. I’ve still got a tan from the endless sun in Bali. I’ve been lucky enough to get some time off my busy schedule and get more beach time. It’s summer and one of my top things to do is.. hit the beach.. of course. There’s nothing like a nice relaxing weekend by the east coast of Taiwan. I’m sitting on the beach watching surfers ride the waves. The sand between my toes is bliss. Not in total solitude as Fulong beach is always brimming with locals and their tents, but that’s ok. There’s really not much to do apart from swim, surf, camp and eat fresh seafood, and that’s its charm. Life doesn’t get any more chilled out than this.
Why is it that the summer seems to pass so quickly! I’m enjoying every moment of it in the hope it lasts as long as possible.
