There’s something incredibly flirtatious, glamorous and fun about about the Pin up girl look. It’s classical and a timeless look which glamorizes any woman and makes the best features stand out. Nothing says Pin up than red sultry lips, dramatic winged eye-liner and flawless skin. As a fan of the cat eye flick and the bold red lip, I often wear this look whatever the occasion. I was super excited when my friend Anna accepted to have me do a retro pin-up makeover on her. She has the deep set eyes, flawless pale skin and just really good features. And… She does remind me of the 1940’s actress Rita Hayworth. I wanted to give Anna a youthful, playful and flirty pin-look from the make-up to clothes. It was quite easy achieve the whole look. Think retro polka dots, headband, knotted shirts and flirty dresses. Anna seriously channels the pin-up look with ease.
